By using the Amazon Cart Price Tracker (the "service"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
The service periodically scrapes publicly visible price information for Amazon products you have explicitly added to your tracker. It also monitors price changes and sends email alerts based on a simple buy/wait score. The service is currently in beta and is provided free of charge.
Prices shown in your dashboard and email alerts are scraped from public Amazon pages. We make a best effort to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee the absence of delays, errors, or temporary mismatches. The buy/wait signal is a heuristic, not financial advice. Always confirm the final price on Amazon before completing a purchase.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service (for example, by tracking an unreasonable number of products or by attempting automated bulk signups).
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from price discrepancies, missed alerts, downtime, or the unavailability of the service.
The service depends on Amazon's public product pages and on third-party infrastructure (Supabase for storage, Gmail SMTP for email delivery). Outages of these services are outside our control and may temporarily affect functionality.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in the changelog.
For questions about these terms, please open a feedback ticket from your dashboard.
